Twenty-Two Troy Student-Athletes Earned Degrees Friday

TROY, Ala. – Troy student-athletes were well represented at Troy University's Fall Commencement Exercises held Friday in Trojan Arena; 22 Troy student-athletes from 10 different programs had their degrees conferred.
Some 700 students were expected to participate in the commencement exercises, and Troy alumnus and successful businessman Jeff Coleman provided the keynote address.
Coleman earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, and he earned an MBA from Troy University Dothan. He was awarded the Alumni of the Year in 2003 for Troy University Dothan.
He is chairman of the Coleman World Group and is the 5th-generation leader of the family-owned moving, storage, relocation, and transportation business that was established in 1914. Coleman World Group is headquartered in southeast Alabama and is ranked as one of the top 30 largest private companies in the State of Alabama.
