Troy Bloomington Bound for NCAA Preliminary Round

TROY, Ala.- Five Trojans head to Bloomington, Ind., to compete in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field East Preliminary round from May 25-28 at Haugh Track & Field Complex.
Edita Sklenska (800m) solely represents the women's team, while Julian Martin-Rogers (110m hurdles), Javon Osbourne (discus), Cole Stewart (javelin) and Marek Taskar (javelin) represent the men.

The Elite Will Compete
Day one has three Trojans in action, starting with Stewart and Taskar at 1 p.m. in the javelin throw. Martin-Rogers ends the day at 5 p.m. with the 110m-hurdles.
Sklenska is the sole Trojan competing on day two in her second NCAA Preliminary appearance for Troy. She competes at 6:50 p.m. in the 800-meter run.
Osbourne is the final Trojan to compete in the discus throw on day three. The event begins at noon on Friday.
Pending qualification, the quarterfinals for Martin-Rogers in the 110m-hurdles is slated for Friday at 6:05 p.m. For Sklenska, the quarterfinals start on Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
Athletes must finish in the top 12 in their respective events to qualify for the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
