STATESBORO, Ga. – The Troy men's tennis team dropped a 4-2 decision at Georgia Southern Sunday in Sun Belt Conference action.
Vito Llinares and Pelayo Antuna picked up singles victories for the Trojans to account for Troy's (12-8) only scoring of the match. Antuna improved to 10-6 this spring with his 7-5, 6-3 victory on court one and Llinares picked up his 15th win in 19 matches with a 6-3, 6-1 win on court six.
Troy opens Sun Belt play at home this upcoming weekend when it plays host to Coastal Carolina on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Lunsford Tennis Complex.
