TROY, Ala. – After downing South Alabama in round two of the rivalry matchup, the Troy Women's Basketball team returns home to face Georgia State Thursday.

Troy (18-7, 9-2 Sun Belt) looks to continue a five-game hot streak when they welcome in the Panthers (8-13, 2-7 Sun Belt). Tipoff from Trojan Arena is set for 6 p.m.

Storylines

The Trojans enter the final homestand on a five-game win streak. Troy's longest win streak of the season was eight games, spanning from Dec. 11 to Jan. 8.
Troy finished the game against South Alabama with four players in double figures - Za'Nautica Downs (14), Amber Leggett (11), Tiyah Johnson (11) and Jasmine Robinson (10).
After Troy saw a 16-game home win streak snapped Thursday against Little Rock, the Trojans have rebounded and won back-to-back home matchups.
The Trojans are in the driver seat! After UT Arlington fell to Louisiana last week, Troy has sole possession of first play in the league's standings.
The Trojans rank inside the top-10 nationally in defensive rebounds (2nd), free throw attempts (1st), free throws made (1st), offensive rebounds (2nd), rebounds (1st), rebounds per game (1st) and scoring offense (8th).
