Alabama transfer Nia Daniel had her best game as a Trojan to date in her last contest against BYU. The junior set a new career-high in points after exploding for 17 against the BYU Cougars. she is just 20 points shy of matching her season point total while with the Alabama Crimson Tide last season.
Head coach Chanda Rigby and the Trojans rebounded after dropping their last two games with a great win over future BIG 12 opponent BYU. Rigby now needs just five more wins to reach 200 for her career. At this pace, she will be the fastest coach in program history to reach 200 career wins and just the second coach at Troy to hit the milestone.
