Â
WINNING CONVINCINGLY
Troy has been on a mission all season, showing no mercy to its opponents. On the year the Trojans have scored at least 80 points in 16 of the 22 games they have played while reaching the 90+ point mark in seven games. When Troy scores at least 80 they are 15-1 on the season. To go along with the high point total is Troy's margin of victory. Troy is beating teams by an average of 14.8 points per game. In conference play they are beating their opponents by an average of 16.9 ppg. The Trojans have not played in a game that has been decided by less than five points this season while 12 games have been won by at least 15 points.
Â
SCORE. THEN SCORE SOME MORE
The Trojans rank third nationally in points per game, averaging 85.7. They trail only Maryland (93.4) and Iowa (88.2). On the year Troy has scored 1,886 points in 22 games. It's the second most points scored this season behind only Arkansas who has scored 2,015 in 24 games. Troy, Arkansas and Stanford are the only three schools who have scored at least 1,800 points this season.
Â
A LETHAL OFFENSIVE ATTACK
Troy can score in bunches with weapons up and down its lineup. As a team Troy is shooting 42 percent, the best team shooting percentage since the 2015-16 season when they shot 43 percent and tied for the second-best shooting percentage for Troy in the 21st Century. Individually, Dye leads the team at 51 percent followed by Moore (48 percent) and Emely Rosario (42 percent).
