TROY, Ala. – Nicolas Simkin won his consolation round matchup at the ITA All-American Championships, while Francisco Erramuspe took home third place in singles at the Mercer Gridiron Classic on Sunday.

Simkin won a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Jonathan Evans from Oral Roberts, while Christoper Tasker saw his run end with a 6-4, 6-2 loss to Temple's Thibault Frumholz.

Noah Martens was also victorious at the Mercer tournament with a 6-4, 6-3 win to claim the North stage of his draw, while the doubles combo of Manual Bernard and Vito Llinares took home third place in their draw with a forfeit victory on Sunday.

Carles Anton opens his play at the event Monday against Charlotte's Thomas Brown in the qualifying round, while Simkin and Christopher Tasker will play in the doubles draw.
