Troy Football Press Conferences to Air on ESPN+

TROY, Alabama – Troy's weekly football press conference with head coach Chip Lindsey, assistant coaches and players will have a new online home for the 2020 season with ESPN+ airing each media gathering every Tuesday at 4 p.m.
"This is a great opportunity to push our brand and our football program to a larger audience each week," Associate AD for Communications & Creative Content Adam Prendergast said. "ESPN has been a great partner of Troy and the Sun Belt Conference for many years and this is another way that we can showcase the stories of our student-athletes, coaches and team to a national audience."
Troy's weekly football press conference previously was streamed live via Facebook each week and the move to ESPN+ allows Troy to tap into a subscriber pool that is north of 8.5 million viewers. The press conferences will all be done digitally this year due to COVID-19 protocols.
Troy's social media channels and official website, TroyTrojans.com, will share the ESPN+ link each week so fans can easily find the press conference online or via the ESPN app.
