TROY, Ala. – Troy placed six athletes on the 2020 Indoor Track and Field All-Sun Belt Team, the league announced Thursday. The Trojans' six all-conference team members were the most of any school in the league.
Gemma Finch was a first-team selection while Tanner Guest was named a member of the second team. Rayne Duhart, Madison Kennedy, Precious Ogba and Macki Walsh were all third-team selections.
The Trojans finished second as a team with a program-record 89 total points at the 2020 Sun Belt Indoor Championships. The second-place finish is the Trojan's best finish in program history, while the 89 total team points are also a new school record, surpassing last season's 81-point output.
Finch and Guest swept the top two spots in the women's 800m at the championships to secure their spots on the all-conference team.
Troy had four bronze medalists at the championships in Duhart (60m), Ogba (200m), Kennedy (400m) and Walsh (5000m) to round out the Trojans' all-conference selections.
