JONESBORO, Ark. – The Troy women's golf team finished in third place behind a trio of individuals tied for 17^th place following Tuesday's final round of the Lady Red Wolves Classic at the Sage Meadows Golf Club.

ShaeLee Scarberry led Troy on the final trip through the course with a 1-under 71 after carding a pair of birdies around just one bogey. She climbed 14 spots on the leaderboard into a tie for 17^th place along with teammates Nicole Lorup and Elisabeth Preus.

Lourp closed strong with two birdies and seven pars on the back nine for her second 1-over 73 of the week while Preus shot 3-over on the day with a pair of birdies – the trio that tied for 17^th place shot 5-over for the week.

Troy's day one leader Courtney Vogel slipped into 26^th place following a 10-over 82 Tuesday as she finished 9-over for the tournament. Elizabeth Caldarelli turned in her best round of the event with a 3-over 75 thanks to three birdies, while Judith Castro tied for 65^th place playing as an individual.

The Trojans head back to Arkansas at the end of next week (Oct. 25-26) for the Little Rock Women's Golf Classic in Hot Springs Village, Ark.
