Troy Football Press Conference (Players) - Southern Miss Game

TROY, Ala. -- Coming off a week two bye, Troy returns home to face regional rival Southern Miss on Saturday in The Vet. Several Troy players met with the media on Tuesday in advance of the big non-conference clash including offensive lineman Kirk Kelley, running back DK Billingsley and safety Melvin Tyus. Kelley anchored an offensive line that paved the way for the Trojans to accumulate more than 500 yards of total offense, Billingsley rushed for 86 yards on 12 carries and found the end zone twice for the first two touchdowns of his career, while Tyus recorded four tackles for a Trojan defense that allowed its lowest output since 2008 (143 yards).
