"We had a good meet. Many great things happened. The men's 4x1 for example ran well ahead of where we were last year. Niata Alexander is on track to have the best season of her career. Macki Walsh performed very well in the 5k and Tanner Guest performed with a season best in the 800. We are ready to get into the championship segment of the season."
"We have to correct the mental side of our preparations. We can be a strong team. We are a strong team. However, we have to focus on our approach to competition. If we can get that in order we can be a force. We can have no fear and we can never shy away from competition."
