Game Suspended in the Top of the Seventh

TROY, Alabama – Game two of Troy's Sun Belt series against Georgia State was suspended in the top of the seventh inning due to lightning in the area with the game tied, 1-1. The game will resume Sunday at 12 p.m.
Troy hopped on the board first in the bottom of the third inning when Bailey Taylor doubled to left center to score Kaylee Hussey who led off the inning with a single up the middle.
Annie Willis held the Panthers hitless until Georgia State tied the game in the top of the sixth inning with a home run by Krisitin Hawkins.
Upon resumption, the game will begin with the score tied and one out in the top half of the seventh. Game three of the series will follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of game two.
