Troy Wraps Up 2019 Home Slate

TROY, Alabama – Troy women's tennis team wraps up its 2019 home schedule with weekend matchups against Louisiana at ULM at the Lunsford Tennis Complex. The Trojans host the Ragin' Cajuns Saturday at 9 a.m. and the Warhawks Sunday at 10 a.m.

Troy (9-8, 3-3 SBC) won its last match, a 4-1 decision at Arkansas State. Pei Ju Hsieh and Chunxi Guo have posted a 14-2 doubles record, the most doubles victories in the Sun Belt Conference. Hsieh and Maria Casas Blas are both looking to secure their 10^thsingles victory of the season sporting 9-3 and 9-5 dual singles marks, respectively.

Louisiana (6-11, 1-5) has dropped eight of its last nine matches and sit ninth in the league standings. The Trojans and Cajuns haven't faced off since 2015, a 6-1 Troy victory.

ULM (9-2, 4-1) suffered its first conference loss last week but has won nine of its last 10. Emilia Alfaro is 6-2 on the season and 4-1 on court one for the Warhawks.
