TROY, Alabama – Troy (8-0) was able to improve its non-conference record to 8-0 after defeating Abraham Baldwin Agricultural, 5-0. The Trojans collected its first team point in the doubles play and succeeded in all of their singles matches.

Freshman Luis Foix and Jorge Poyatos defeated their opponents from Abraham Baldwin, 6-2. In the second doubles match, Oskar Michalek and Manuel Bernard claimed the win against Gabriel Sa and Phuong Pham, 6-1.

Following the doubles play, Oskar Michalek defeated Cristobal Quevedo in two sets, 6-0, 6-4, while Christopher Tasker has defeated Gabriel Sa, 6-0, 6-3. Sophomore Jorge Poyatos made his debut at No.5 spot to claim the victory against Juan Contoleon, 6-2, 6-1. Antonio Selma went through perfect two set play to defeat Phuong Pham, 6-0, 6-0.
