TROY, Alabama – Troy will complete its season-long four-game road swing with matches at Tennessee Tech on Friday and at Alabama on Sunday with the endcap against the Crimson Tide being broadcast on SECN+.
Â
The Trojans (1-4-1) battled Jacksonville State to a scoreless draw on Tuesday. It was the second straight time that Troy and JSU had played to a 0-0 draw in as many seasons. The Trojans created a couple of early chances on corners. It appeared that the Trojans had finally broken through in the 72ndminute when Kendra Cashion collected a loose ball in the box and tapped it in the net, but the assistant referee ruled her offside.
Â
Tennessee Tech (3-3-0) defeated Purdue Fort Wayne, 4-0, on Sunday after dropping its Friday match at Evansville, 3-0. Alabama (3-2-1) has won three straight including a 5-1 decision over Rice on Sunday.
