Troy Parents & Family Weekend at The Vet Set for Sept. 29

TROY, Ala. – Troy University's annual Parents and Family Weekend is scheduled for Sept. 28-30 and Troy Athletics is getting into the act with various promotions and a ticket special for the football's Sun Belt home opener against Coastal Carolina on Saturday, Sept. 29.

Parents and family members of currently enrolled Troy University students can purchase a game ticket, receive a t-shirt and get access to a pregame tailgate for just $20 by clicking here or by calling 877-878-WINS.

The pregame tailgate will be located in front of Cowart Hall along University Avenue and runs from 2 p.m. until an hour prior to kickoff. Participants will be able to pick up their tickets and t-shirt at the tailgate which is sponsored by Troy Athletics and the Troy Office of Student Services.

The contest with Coastal Carolina also marks Military Appreciation Day at The Vet with the giant American flag making its return pregame.
