VAIL, Colo. – Bianca Lohbauer shot a 3-over 75 to lead the Troy women's golf team on day two of the Golfweek Conference Challenge on Tuesday at Red Sky Golf Club. Troy sits in a tie for 15thplace heading into the final round.
Lohbauer rebounded from a rough opening round as she shaved seven shots off her card on her second trip through the course. She ended Tuesday's round with one birdie and just four bogeys; she sits tied for 65thplace overall.
Nicole Lorup, Sarah Harrison and Lindsey Harrison are all separated by one shot at the top of the Troy standings. Lorup leads the pack of Trojans in 55thplace after carding a 9-over in the second round. Sarah Harrison is tied for 56th following a 7-over round on Tuesday with a pair of birdies, while Lindsey Harrison is tied for 59thafter an 82 with two birdies. Judith Castro is tied for 87thafter shooting 15-over in the second round.
UCLA leads the 18-team field that is comprised of one team from 18 different conferences across the country. The Bruins lead Pepperdine by 13 shots, while Campbell is 18 shots back in third place.
Teams will play a shotgun start beginning at 10 a.m. (CT) for Wednesday's final round.
