Troy Faces Talladega to Wrap Up Home Stretch

GAME NOTES
TROY, Alabama – Troy concludes its home non-conference slate and a three-game home stretch with a 12 p.m. matchup against Talladega on Wednesday in Trojan Arena. The game kicks off a doubleheader as the men's team is set to face Carver College at 2:15 p.m.; admission to both games is free.

The Trojans (6-2) are coming off a disappointing loss to Middle Tennessee on Dec. 4, but are looking to stay hot at home. Troy is 14-2 in Trojan Arena over the last two seasons.

Amber Rivers continues to lead the team in scoring averaging 12.4 points per game, while Kayla Robinson is coming on strong of late posting 12.8 points 6.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists over the last five games.

The Trojans and the Tornadoes (12-2) have not met since Troy moved to Division I in 1993, but did square off 24 times prior.
