Women’s Golf Wraps Fall Season at Idle Hour Collegiate Championship

TROY, Alabama – The Troy women's golf team concludes its fall season at the Idle Hour Collegiate Championship. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday at the par 72, 6,166-yard Idle Hour Golf and Country Club.
The Trojans are fresh off an appearance at the Palmetto Intercollegiate which wrapped up this past Tuesday; Troy tied for 16th in the 17-team field led by 59th place finishes from Sarah Harrison and Lindsey Harrison.
Sarah Harrison leads Troy with a 75.67 stroke average through the first nine rounds of the season and is the lone Trojan to have all her rounds count towards the team card this season. Eva Fabricius-Bjerre is close behind at 76.67 on the year and with 8-of-9 rounds counting towards the team card. Fabricius-Bjerre closed strong at the Palmetto Intercollegiate with a 6-over 150 in the final two rounds.
Lindsey Harrison has been Troy's strongest player in opening rounds with a 76.33 average to open events and a 76.78 overall average. Bianca Lohbauer leads Troy with two rounds under par on the year and checks in with a 77.67 stroke average, while Antonia Poate enters the Idle Hour Collegiate Championship with a 78.33 stroke average. Abby Parks will make her second appearance this season playing as an individual.
T-Time
Teams will play a shotgun start for Monday's 36 holes beginning at 7:30 a.m. (CT) and Troy will be playing with Mercer and North Florida on holes 15 through 18.
