Troy Volleyball Concludes Regular Season on Road

TROY, Alabama - The Troy volleyball team ends the regular season with trips Coastal Carolina and Appalachian State. The Trojans face Coastal Carolina on Friday at 5 p.m. CT and will take on Appalachian State on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. CT.

Troy (9-22, 3-11 Sun Belt) won three out of its last five matches, including a win in three sets over ULM on November 6. The victory was the first 3-0 victory on the road since 2014. The other two wins came against Sun Belt foes in South Alabama and Appalachian State.

NOTEWORTHY
•   Belle Waldrop has had back-to-back double-digit kill performances in the last two games. She recorded a season-high 11 kills against ULM.

•   Logan Page has 201 kills and 102 total blocks for the season and is the only Trojan with over 200 blocks and 102 kills for the season. Her 102 total blocks leads the team.

THE COMPETITION
• Appalachian State (4-23, 2-12 Sun Belt) split with Georgia Southern on November 5^th and 6^th. The Mountaineers took the first match, 3-0, but lost the second, 3-2. Emma Longley leads the Mountaineers with 350 kills.

•   Coastal Carolina (22-4, 13-1 Sun Belt) has already clinched the Sun Belt East Division. The Chanticleers are on a 12-match win streak and lead the conference in hitting percentage with a .272 team hitting percentage.
