Limited Spots Remain for Larry Blakeney Golf Classic

TROY, Ala. – The 2014 Larry Blakeney Golf Classic is one week away and tee times are still available for individuals and teams. The Wynlakes Golf & Country Club in Montgomery, Ala., will serve as the site of this year's event, which begins with lunch at 11:30 on Monday, April 21.
The four-man scramble will begin with a shotgun start at noon with an awards ceremony and reception to follow immediately at the conclusion of the tournament. All participants will receive a gift bag and prizes will be award to the top three teams.
Prizes will be given away for the longest drive and closest to the pin at various holes on the course, while on one par 3 players will have a chance to win a car with a hole-in-one.
Teams of four can register for $1000 and individuals can sign up for $300. Hole sponsorships are also available. For more information or to register, call 334-670-3689.
