Pair of Troy Football Games Selected for ESPNU Broadcast

TROY, Ala. – ESPNU will broadcast a pair of Troy's football games this upcoming season, ESPN and the Sun Belt Conference announced Tuesday morning. Troy's games at South Alabama and Georgia Southern will both appear on ESPNU, which appears in over 70 million households nationwide.

Troy's game at South Alabama has been moved to Friday, Oct. 24, to accommodate the television broadcast, while Troy's game at Georgia Southern has been moved to Thursday, Oct. 30, for ESPNU. Game times for both contests will be announced at a later date.

The Trojans appeared on ESPNU four times last season and have seen 42 of their past 46 games broadcast to a live viewing audience, including all 12 games last season.

Troy opens its 2014 season at UAB on Aug. 30, and the Trojans open the home portion of their schedule one week later on Sept. 6 against Duke.
