Troy-South Alabama Baseball Suspended

MOBILE, Ala. – With a 2-2 count on South Alabama catcher Erik Hindmon with no outs in the bottom of the fourth inning, rain suspended game three between Troy and South Alabama with the Trojans leading 3-1.

The teams will attempt to resume the game at 1 p.m. on Sunday. The game is the rubber match between the teams as Troy won the opener while the Jaguars took game two. A doubleheader was scheduled for Saturday as rain is in the forecast for the vast majority of the day on Sunday. If the suspended game does not reach the required five full innings, it will be cancelled completely.
