Trojans in The NFL - Week 6 - Troy University Athletics

TroyTrojans.com will take a look at how former Troy football players performed in each week in the NFL. Currently, 11 former Trojans are on active NFL rosters, which is the most of any team in the Sun Belt Conference.

Mario Addison, Carolina Panthers – Had one tackle in Carolina's 37-37 tie at Cincinnati. Addison has seven tackles and four sacks for the Panthers this season.

DuJuan Harris, Green Bay Packers – Returned one kickoff 33 yards in Green Bay's 27-24 win at Miami; the Packers are now 4-2 on the season.

Jerrel Jernigan, New York Giants – Was placed on injured reserve by the Giants after Week 2; will miss the remainder of the season.

Elbert Mack, Houston Texans – Recorded a tackle in Houston's 33-28 loss to Indianapolis on Thursday night.

Sherrod Martin, Jacksonville Jaguars – Did not record any stats in Jacksonville's 16-14 loss at Tennessee.

Jonathan Massaquoi, Atlanta Falcons – Tied a season high with four tackles – all solo – and had a tackle for loss in Atlanta's 27-13 loss to Chicago.

Leodis McKelvin, Buffalo Bills – Had four tackles and returned a pair of punts for 12 yards in Buffalo's loss to New England. Has two interceptions, 32 tackles and a forced fumble through six games.

Steve McLendon, Pittsburgh Steelers – Saw action in Pittsburgh's loss at Cleveland. Has 14 tackles, a sack and three tackles for loss through five games this season.

Brynden Trawick, Baltimore Ravens – Saw action in Baltimore's 48-17 victory at Tampa Bay. Has five tackles on the year.

Osi Umenyiora, Atlanta Falcons – Saw action in Atlanta's loss to Chicago. Has seven tackles and a sack through the Falcons' first five games of the season.

DeMarcus Ware, Denver Broncos – Added another sack to his impressive total in Denver's 31-17 victory over the New York Jets. Ware also had two tackles in the game; he has a sack in four of Denver's five games this season. He has four sacks and 11 tackles in his first five games as a Bronco; he has 121 sacks in his career.
