- Troy doesn't waste the extra possessions they create as they commit just 12.7 turnovers per game. Pair that with the 15.3 turnovers they force, and Troy's +2.57 turnover margin is the best in the Sun Belt. Troy is one of just four Sun Belt teams with more assists than turnovers this season.
- The Troy offense features a balanced attack as five different players have led the team in scoring this season. Will Weathers' 11.7 points per game average is tops on the team while Just Wright is also in double-figures (11.3).
- Weathers doesn't just score for the Trojans, he is also one of the best distributors in the nation as his 5.9 assists per game lead the Sun Belt and rank 20th in the NCAA.
Looking at Arkansas State

- The three-game skid started with a rare February non-conference game at Seattle that the Red Wolves lost, 75-69, on Feb. 4 at Key Arena.

- ASU enters the game allowing opponents to shoot 39.4 percent from beyond the arc, the worst mark in the Sun Belt.
- The Red Wolves are also second to last in the league in assist-to-turnover ratio at 0.7.
The Series
- Troy leads the all-time series over Arkansas State 5-2, including a 2-1 mark at the Convocation Center in Jonesboro. The Trojans last loss in Jonesboro came back on Feb. 1, 2006 in the first game ever between the two.
- ASU dominated that game, 91-68, but Troy got revenge later in the year as they knocked off ASU, 107-83, in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament. Troy hit 23 3-pointers in that game, still a Sun Belt Tournament record.
- Last season Troy fell to Arkansas State at Sartain Hall, 71-63, in the final home game of the season.
