Blakeney Kickoff Classic Set for July 14

With the passing of Independence Day, the time has come to begin looking forward to the 2011 college football season.
Troy University fans, friends and alumni will have a chance to get an early jump on the 2011 season on July 14 with the Montgomery Metro Alumni Chapter hosts the 2011 Coach Larry Blakeney Kickoff Classic.
The event will be held at Arrowhead Country Club with doors opening at 5 p.m. Dinner and the program for the evening will kickoff at 6 p.m.
Coach Blakeney as well as T-Roy and the Trojan Cheerleaders will be on hand for this family friendly event.
Troy merchandise will be available for sale and there will also be a silent auction.
Tickets for the event are available through the Montgomery Metro Alumni Association at P.O. Box 4419, Montgomery, AL 36103-4419. Tickets are $10 each for adults or $20 for a family of four (two adults and two children 12-years-old and under).
