Choose one or more of the many ways to keep in touch with Troy athletics throughout the year
As the world of new technology evolves, the Troy University Department of Athletics Media Relations looks to keep pace as it will offer many new ways to keep in touch with the news of the department to its fans. The Troy ISP Sports Network has grown this summer to give fans more ways to listen to broadcasts of your favorite Troy University athletics event, and so to have the efforts of the Media Relations Office.
The fall season for athletics is right around the corner with the start of soccer taking place on Friday afternoon at the Troy Soccer Complex. That will start a whirlwind two weeks of action of athletics for the Trojans as volleyball and cross country get underway, and the first home football game on Saturday, September 4.
Can't get to the game? Don't worry, the Troy University Media Relations Office has it covered for you. Follow the Trojans on Twitter or become a fan on Facebook to get daily updates on Troy athletics, or to get a behind the scenes look at some of the favorites of the Trojans. You can also sign up for T-Mail, an updated newsletter sent out each time TroyTrojans.com is updated.
Something new for the Trojan nation is text alerts via Sidearm Sports, the official web provider of the Troy University Department of Athletics. Sign up today and get score alerts at a moments notice once they are updated during the course of the game or at the final gun.
Also new this year, although it has been around for a while, is the new-look Webstreaming that Troy University has to offer. Make sure and sign up for your package that will include all events that Troy University will be able to stream (home events) live via the internet. If you can't get to the game and can't watch a stream, don't be afraid to watch LiveStats of your favorite Troy University athletic team in action (baseball, football, men's basketball, softball, women's basketball and volleyball) live via the internet; becoming active soon.
For some great in-game action shots that you can hang on your wall or put on your desk of your favorite Troy University athlete, make sure to visit the new and improved Troy University photo gallery by clicking here.
