Trojans Travel to South Carolina to Play in the Nike Gamecock Invitational

Troy (4-3) won 2-of-3 matches last weekend in the Samford Classic. The Trojans opened the tournament with a 0-3 loss against the host team Samford. The Trojans rebounded with wins over Coastal Carolina and
“We are looking to compete against these top schools,” coach Sonny Kirkpatrick said. “After this weekend, we will see where we stack against these teams.”

“We want to continue to develop our game and our plays,” Kirkpatrick said. “In this tournament we want to be able to compete at a higher level and to progress our game.”
The Trojans open play at 7:30 against the Gamecocks of South Carolina.
