Troy Volleyball Starts Preseason Practice

TROY, Ala. - The Troy volleyball team has started preseason practice for the upcoming 2007 season.

The Trojans have all 11 players returning from 2006 and have added five more to the roster. Four freshmen and one junior make up Troy's five new additions who will add depth on all levels for Troy.

The Trojans have scheduled tough competition for the upcoming season including Auburn, South Carolina, Winthrop, Coastal Carolina and conference foes Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky.

The season will officially begin on August 24 when the Trojans travel to Auburn, Ala., to compete in the Auburn Tournament.
