With its 26-13 victory over Florida International Saturday night, Troy clinched a berth in the 2006 New Orleans Bowl.

BOWL INFORMATION
As champion of the Sun Belt Conference, Troy will be the home team and face Conference USA member Rice at the New Orleans Superdome on Friday, Dec. 22. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT on ESPN2.TICKET INFORMATION
The Trojans' bowl compensation includes a number of tickets to sell, meaning the proceeds from tickets purchased through the Athletic Ticket Office will go directly to the school.Tickets are $40 and can be purchased through the Ticket Office on Monday morning by calling 1-877-878-9467 or 670-3681. Tickets can also be ordered in person Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m.
