Troy’s primary designated hitter against right-handed pitchers, played in 50 games with 40 starts; 26 at DH and 14 at first base … Tied for second on the team with six homers -- two of which came in the Sun Belt Tournament … Hit a go-ahead solo home run in the tournament opener against Texas State then homered again in the championship game against Coastal Carolina … Batted 6-for-12 with seven RBI and three runs scored in the season-opening series against UT Martin; laced two doubles and a homer for four RBI in game two … Turned in three hits with a homer in the finale at No. 3 Florida State … Drove in three on a 2-for-4 day in the opener at Louisiana … Homered in consecutive games against Gardner-Webb and UAB
