A:Â The mission of the Trojan Warrior Club is to be the lead fundraising arm and fan engagement platform for Troy University's Division-I athletics department. Being a member of the Trojan Warrior Club helps provide the essential resources for Trojan student-athletes to be successful in the classroom, fields of competition, and in life.

Q: How do I join the Young Alumni Program and what are the benefits?
A: The Young Alumni Program is comprised of and open to recent graduates who have graduated within the last five (5) years. There is a minimum contribution of $50 to join at the program. However, Young Alumni members can contribute at any level they choose. Please visit the Young Alumni Page to view the various membership and ticket benefits offered. To join, contact Sarah Welch at swelch@troy.edu.

Q: How do I sign my Trojan up for T-Roy's Team:
A: T-Roy's Team is a program within the Trojan Warrior Club for young Trojans ages 12 and younger to have the opportunity to attend special events and feel a part of Troy Athletics. For $25 a year, your Trojan child can be a part of the best club around! The membership runs on the calendar year from January to December. To join, contact Sarah Welch at swelch@troy.edu.

A: The T-Club platform allows for former Troy student-athletes the opportunity to network, strengthen relationships, and further support Trojan Athletics and current student-athletes. To join and learn more about the benefits and opportunities, contact Chase Blake at blakec@troy.edu

DONATION FAQS
Per the IRS's rules regarding charitable contributions, and specifically regarding your Trojan Warrior Club gift, the amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money contributed by the donor over the fair market value of goods or services provided by Troy University Athletics.Â
Please note that this only pertains to gifts made to the Trojan Warrior Club. Gifts made to Trojan Seat Licenses, which are required as a part of your premium seating purchase, are no longer considered tax deductible after the tax law updates of December 2017.

Q: Can I set-up a monthly payment plan to complete a gift/pledge?
A: Yes. We accept monthly bank drafts or credit card drafts. Drafts can occur for the length in which the donor would like. To set-up a reoccurring draft to the Trojan Warrior Club, contact Chase Blake at (910) 690-5466 or at blakec@troy.edu.

A: Yes, forms may be acquired by contacting the Trojan Warrior Club staff at (334) 670-3684 | troytwc@troy.edu or by downloading the Trojan Warrior Club membership form.
Q: Can I increase my pledge amount during the year?
A:Â Yes, you may increase your pledge at your discretion. NOTE: All pledges must be paid in full by the end of the calendar year.
Q: How do I stop my Troy University employee payroll deduction or monthly draft?

Q: Whom do I contact to make reservations to attend pre-game hospitality events or other Trojan Warrior Club functions and socials?
A:Â Throughout the year the Trojan Warrior Club and Troy Athletics Department hosts many events including pre- and post-game hospitality socials, scholarship fundraisers, football and basketball kick-off parties and golf tournaments. While many events are held on the campus of Troy University, other Trojan Warrior Club events can be hosted outside of Troy.
