TROY, Ala. – The Troy softball team plays its second to last fall ball game when the Columbus State Cougars come to town on Friday. The Trojans remain undefeated in fall ball play behind a strong offense and clutch pitching performances.
"The fall season is rapidly coming to an end, and so are our 'fall opportunities' to compete against other teams," said head coach Eric Newell. "CSU will have good athletes, they are well coached and will force us to be sharp. We'll challenge our team to take advantage of these limited opportunities and our primary focus will be on executing and doing the little things correctly."
