JONESBORO, Ark – For the second consecutive year, the Trojans will make the trip to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to take on Arkansas State in a three-game series. With the Easter holiday on Sunday, the series opener will now be on Thursday, April 5, at 6 p.m., with games following on Friday and Saturday. Trojan fans can catch all the action on ESPN+.
Last season the Red Wolves took two of three from the Trojans, with the Trojan's win coming behind a stellar pitching performance from this weekend's Thursday starter Brady Fuller. At the time, Fuller pitched a career-high seven innings, only allowing one run on two hits with four strikeouts.
With a 35-15 overall record against the Red Wolves, the Trojans have only lost five times in Jonesboro while seeing 19 victories.

After dropping their midweek game to Alabama, the Trojans will look to get back in the win column and go above .500 in conference play for the first time this season.
The Trojans look to be getting a bit healthier as Donovan Whibbs made his first start at second base in the Trojans' last game, hitting his third career home run and playing a solid second base with seven putouts and turning a double play.
With Whibbs's home run, the Trojans have hit 55 on the season, surpassing the total from each of the last two seasons.
A year after Rigsby Mosley set the Troy doubles record with 60 in his career, Caleb Bartolero moves up the list himself after hitting his 44th against Alabama putting him in a tie for ninth place
Over the last 16 games, Kyle Mock has been consistent in getting on base setting a new career high and reaching base safely in 16 straight games. Kole Myers adds to his career-best reaching base in 13 straight.
Grayson Stewart will make his eighth start of the year on Saturday; Troy is a season-best 5-2 when Stewart gets the start on the mound. His 3.79 ERA is sixth best in the Sun Belt Conference. Both he and Fuller will look to give Troy solid innings this series as they enter among the top ten in innings pitched in the conference. Friday's starter is to be announced.
