JONESBORO, Ark. – Troy climbed two spots on the leaderboard between Monday's first and second round to sit ninth following the opening day of the Lady Red Wolves Classic at the Sage Meadows Golf Club.

Elizabeth Caldarelli is the clubhouse leader for the Trojans at 6-over par after shooting 73 in the opening round and 77 in the afternoon session. She combined for three birdies over her opening 36 holes.

Bruna Roqueta and Elisabeth Preus are tied for 40^th place at 9-over par, while Alyssa Mercado and ShaeLee Scarberry are tied for 47^th place a shot back. Anna Claire Little rounds out the field for the Trojans tied for 74^th place.

Eastern Kentucky has an 11-shot lead over South Alabama, while Memphis, Austin Peay and Southern Miss round out the top five. Troy is 11 shots back of Southern Miss for fifth.
