T-Day Festivities Feature Champions Brunch, Kids Camp, Concert & More

TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics is rolling out the red carpet for its annual T-Day Spring Game presented by the Vance Law Firm with the inaugural Champions Brunch, Future Trojans Youth Football Camp, a pregame concert, free mini posters and a Kids Zone inside The Vet. The game is slated for 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, and admission is free.

All West concourse gates to The Vet will be open in addition to the main entrance off Tailgate Terrace in the South end of the stadium. Fans are encouraged to sit in the lower levels to enjoy the game which will also feature the Sound of the South and the Troy cheerleaders.

2020 T-Day Activities
Dairy Queen Kids Zone
New this year is the Dairy Queen Kids Zone, which will open inside the stadium beginning at 10 a.m. and remain open throughout the duration of the game. Children of all ages will be able to enjoy the free inflatables, games and much more.

Troy Football Champions Brunch
A new tradition begins with the inaugural Champions Brunch. The event features legendary head coach Larry Blakeney, Troy University Sports Hall of Fame quarterback Sim Byrd, all-time rushing touchdown leader Jordan Chunn and All-Sun Belt linebacker Bear Woods. Additional panelists will be announced in the coming days.

For just $20, fans will be treated to a tasty brunch that will also include mimosas for fans of age. Seating is limited to just 150 fans.

Purchase your tickets by calling the Troy Ticket Office at 877-878-WINS (9467). Attendees will also receive a commemorative mini poster to have signed by the panelists.

Future Trojans Youth Football Camp Presented by McDonald's
The annual Future Trojans Youth Football Camp presented by McDonald's is open to all boys and girls ages 4 through 12 and is free of charge. Registration will begin at 10:15 a.m. at Gate One (South Concourse) with the camp beginning at 11 a.m. on the field at The Vet. Instruction will be provided by members of the Troy football team.

Pregame Concert and Food Trucks in Tailgate Terrace
Beginning at 11 a.m., fans will be able to enjoy a pregame concert featuring Troy student group POPulus. Food trucks will also be setup on Tailgate Terrace for fans to enjoy, and fans can purchase tents to have setup on Tailgate Terrace. Commemorative Mini Posters
The first 3,333 fans to enter The Vet on T-Day will receive a Troy Football mini poster courtesy of the Vance Law Firm.

Beer Garden in the West Concourse
New this year will be a beer garden in the West concourse as part of our gameday concessions for the game. Concessions and the beer garden will open at 11 a.m. and remain open throughout the game.

Football Alumni Invited Back Home
All Troy football alumni are invited to come join us as our special guests for the weekend. Returning football letterwinners will receive sideline access for the game; register via email at jswalley@troy.edu and further details will be provided.

Select a Seat
Fans can purchase their 2020 football season tickets at T-Day and receive all of the great benefits of purchasing before the priority deadline of May 1, which include a limited edition T-Roy bobblehead, commemorative ticket stock and entry into exclusive giveaways. Fans may visit with the Troy sales team in the West concourse as well as in the North End Zone to purchase their tickets.
