Troy Baseball Against Alabama Postponed

TROY, Ala. – Due to expected inclement weather in Tuscaloosa, Troy's Tuesday game at Alabama has been postponed.
The game will be rescheduled for Tuesday, May 12 at 6 p.m. in Tuscaloosa. Tickets to Tuesday's game against Alabama can be used for admittance to the May 12 matchup.
The Trojans are coming off an Opening Weekend series sweep of Northern Kentucky in which Troy scored a nation-leading 67 runs over the four-game stretch. Troy leads the country in doubles (21), hits (64) and runs (67) and ranks in the top five in home runs (7), slugging percentage (.711) and team batting average (.421).
Levi Thomas earned Collegiate Baseball National Player of the Week recognition for his 14-strikeout performance in five innings of work. Freshman William Sullivan tied a school record with four doubles in Sunday's series finale.
Troy is back in action at Riddle-Pace Field Wednesday at 6 p.m. against Jackson State and a three-game weekend series against Louisiana Tech Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
