Brandon Lockridge – Charleston Riverdogs (Class A)
Brandon Lockridge has been white-hot of late raising his average 81 points over the past month playing in Charleston, S.C., for the Yankees' Class A affiliate. Lockridge blasted his ninth home run of the season on Sunday extending his run scored streak to six games. The Pensacola, Fla., native is hitting .325 with 12 runs batted in over his last 10 games and has an impressive 21-game on-base streak entering the week (June 3). The fifth-rounder's strike zone discipline seems to be the key to his success as he's posted a .391 average and a 1.320 OPS when ahead in the count.
