Women’s Golf in Second After Two Days of Lady Maxwell

ARDMORE, Okla. – Four Troy golfers are in the top 15 as Troy sits in second place following two rounds of the season opening Lady Maxwell at Dornick Hills. Freshman Nicole Lorup sits two shots back of the individual lead, while Bianca Lohbauer is just five shots off the pace.

Lohbauer paced the Trojans on Saturday with a 1-over 72 as Troy shot 12-over on the day on the par-71 course. Lohbauer has six birdies through the first two rounds which is good for seventh in the field.

Lorup sits second in the field with seven birdies after shooting a 2-over 73 in the second round; she enters Sunday's final round two shots back of UTSA's Hannah Holzmann for the individual crown. Playing as an individual, Judith Castro Roldan fired her second-straight 74 to sit 6-over and tied for seventh place.

Sarah Harrison maintained her 13^th-place standing after shooting a 5-over 76 and Lindsey Harrison climbed six spots into 15^thplace after shooting a 4-over 75. Jordan Susce rounded out the field for Troy tied for 41^stafter shooting 78 on the day.

Troy will be in the final pairing for Sunday's third and final round along with Sam Houston State and UTSA with the first group hitting the course at 8:50 a.m.
