Women's Golf Wraps Day Two of 3M Augusta Invitational

AUGUSTA, Georgia – Sarah Harrison carded a pair of birdies and led Troy with a 4-over 76 in Saturday's second round of the 3M Augusta Invitational. Troy slipped three spots into 14th place overall, while Bianca Lohbauer continues to lead the Trojans at 6-over through two rounds.
 
Harrison, who grew up less than five miles from the course, opened her round with a birdie on the par-4 10th and followed with another birdie on the par-3 13th. She eventually made the turn at 2-over and finished the day tied for 74th place – she improved her card by eight shots from the opening round.
 
Lohbauer, who is tied for 26th, made the turn at 4-over after a rough final three holes before hitting the back nine. However, she played strong on other side of the course with a 1-over as she ended the day with a birdie on the par-5 ninth to shoot a 5-over 77.
 
Eva Fabricius-Bjerre is tied for 40th after also shooting a 5-over on the day, while Antonia Poate is tied for 69th following an 8-over 80. Lindsey Harrison carded a pair of birdies but shot 10-over on the day and is tied for 80th place.
 
Georgia carries an 11-shot lead over No. 21 Purdue into Sunday's final round, while Troy is within striking distance of a top-10 finish.
 
Teams will play a shotgun start in Sunday's final round beginning at 8 a.m. (CT). The Trojans will open on holes 14 thru 16 and will play with Eastern Michigan and Columbia.
