TROY, Alabama – It's Homecoming week at Troy and the schedule is jam packed with activities all week leading up to Saturday's game against Georgia Southern. Kickoff between the Trojans and Eagles is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at The Vet as the Trojans are one game shy of becoming bowl eligible.

Homecoming at Troy
One of the highlights of the Fall – make plans to arrive to campus early in order to experience all the excitement as part of Homecoming Week!
• Skit Night – Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Trojan Arena
• Fall Fest in partnership with Haunted Hill – Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Sorority Hill
• Dance Night – Friday at 7 p.m. in Trojan Arena

Thursday Pep Rally
Troy Athletics and the Troy SGA will host a pep rally in Janice Hawkins Cultural Arts Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The pep rally will feature head football coach Neal Brown, Troy football players, Troy soccer players & coaches, Troy cheerleaders, the Sound of the South, T-Roy and much more.

Friday Night Concert on the Square
Hosted by Downtown Troy and Troy University's Sorrell College of Business, Blackberry Breeze will perform live on Friday from 6-10 p.m. For more information and the complete Friday Night Concert on the Square schedule visit Facebook.com/DowntownTroy.

Homecoming Parade
The annual Troy University Homecoming Parade will take place in Downtown Troy beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Basketball Fan Day
Mix and mingle with the Sun Belt Conference champion men's and women's basketball teams from 1 to 2 p.m. in Tailgate Terrace on Saturday. Free posters for both teams will be also available for fans to get autographs from their favorite players and coaches.

Youth Cheer Clinic
The Troy University cheerleaders are hosting a youth clinic on Saturday. The event is open to all children ages 3-12 and the cost is just $25. The unique experience will allow participants to join the Troy Cheerleaders at Trojan Walk as they welcome the Trojans to the stadium and on the field prior to the game for a performance. A limited-edition cheer clinic T-shirt is also included for all participants in addition to professional instruction from the Troy cheerleaders.

Youth Football Day
Troy Athletics is inviting all youth football players, cheerleaders, coaches and their families to join the Trojans for Troy Youth Football Day at The Vet; the event is open to leagues with youth from four years old through eighth grade.

In addition to an $8 ticket special, all participants in Troy Youth Football Day will have the opportunity to walk around the field prior to the Homecoming game between Troy and Georgia Southern. Everyone wishing to take part in the pregame walk should meet at the front entrance of the Tine Davis Fieldhouse at 1:15 p.m.

Trojan Talk
Troy's weekly radio show with head football coach Neal Brown and "Voice of the Trojans" Barry McKnight will air live from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday on the Troy Sports Radio Network. Fans in Troy can catch the show live at Santa Fe Cattle Company and enjoy half-priced appetizers and drink specials.
Sonic Kids Zone
The Sonic Kids Zone opens at 10:30 a.m. and is located in the outfield of Riddle-Pace Field. Children of all ages are invited to take part in the fun with free inflatables until 2 p.m.
Trojan Walk
Troy's traditional pre-game march into Veterans Memorial Stadium, Trojan Walk, will begin at the intersection of University Avenue and George Wallace Drive. The Trojans will walk through the brick portal into Tailgate Terrace before entering the stadium at Gate 1. Trojan Walk will begin at 12:15 p.m. for the Georgia Southern game.
Troy Sports Radio Network Pregame Show
Join "Voice of the Trojans"Â Barry McKnight, game analyst Jerry Miller and sideline reporter Chris Blackshear live from the Troy University Alumni House from 12:30-1:30 p.m. for the first hour of the Troy Sports Radio Network Pregame Show.
Tailgating with the Trojans
Troy's new "Tailgating with the Trojans" show will be hosted by Troy University graduate Melanie Newman. The show, which will be released following a home game via Troy's social media accounts, will highlight all of the great tailgating that takes place during Troy football games.

ScreenTech Stadium Store
Fans can purchase the latest in Troy gear from the ScreenTech Stadium Store located in Tailgate Terrace right outside of Gate One beginning at 10:30 a.m. and inside The Vet once gates to the stadium open at 1 p.m.
Guardian Credit Union Fan Zone
New this season is the Guardian Credit Union Fan Zone located in Tailgate Terrace. Fans will have the opportunity to receive free T-shirts, water, fans, Troy face tattoos and koozies. Guardian Credit Union will also be on hand for fans to sign up for Troy University debit and credit cards.Â

In-Game Host
Troy University graduate Melanie Newman enters her first year as the on-field emcee for Troy football games. Newman has experience working with Major League Baseball, the Arizona Fall League, the Mobile BayBears and the ACC Network.Â
Student Promotions
The first 1,000 Troy University students inside The Vet on Saturday will receive a free lanyard courtesy of Guardian Credit Union.
