TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics announced Tuesday a program that allows high school photographers and videographers to enter a lottery for credentials to Troy football games, providing experience in a college athletics environment.
To register for the lottery, visit TroyTrojans.com/creativelottery.
"Most of us got started in college athletics because someone gave us a chance when we were younger," Troy Executive Associate Athletics Director for Communications, Branding and Creative Content Adam Prendergast said. "We always want to foster opportunities and growth. Our hope is that this program not only helps high school students enhance their portfolios by shooting a college football game but also lays the groundwork for them to become future Trojans."
"The creative space among high school creators has exploded over the past few years. While we can't accommodate every credential request, this program gives students a rare chance to shoot at the FBS level, build industry relationships and see what it takes to cover collegiate sports."
