Trojans Travel to Take on Tennessee

TROY, Alabama – The Troy women's basketball team will face off against Tennessee on Wednesday at 6 p.m. (CT) in Knoxville, Tenn. It will be the second meeting all-time between the schools.

The Trojans (6-3) are looking to bounce back from an 81-77 loss to UAB on Sunday where Caitlyn Ramirez posted her fifth career double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds. Dajia Williams nearly had her second double-double of the season with 13 points and eight rebounds.

Tennessee (6-4) knocked off No. 10 Stanford at home on Sunday behind 14 points, three assists, two rebounds, two steals and a block from Jordan Reynolds. Mercedes Russell leads the squad averaging 15.8 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game.
