Baseball, Softball Fan Day Set for Saturday

TROY, Ala. – Troy's Fan Day for baseball and softball will take place in Trojan Arena between the men's and women's doubleheader basketball games on Feb. 1 against Arkansas State. The women's game tips off at 5:15 p.m. A special coupon will be made available through Troy's social media network that allows FREE admission to the basketball game.

Baseball head coach Bobby Pierce and softball head coach Melanie Davis will introduce their teams during halftime of the men's game. FREE posters and hotdogs will be provided and fans will be able to participate in baseball and softball themed promotions during the game.

The softball team will begin its season on Feb. 6 at home against Auburn while the baseball team will kick of its campaign with a four-game home series against Northern Kentucky on Feb. 14.

Baseball season tickets are available for purchase by contacting the Troy ticket office at 1-877-878-WINS, online at TroyTrojans.com or by visiting the ticket office in the Tine Davis Fieldhouse.
