TROY, Ala. – Despite trailing by double-digits early, the Troy men's basketball team (5-7) took down Belhaven (4-6), 74-62, on Saturday afternoon at Trojan Arena. The Trojans outscored the Blazers 43-27 in the second half on the way to their fifth straight home win.
"Antoine Myers really got it going there at the end of the first half," said head coach Phil Cunningham. "We picked it up defensively and played with some energy."

Belhaven was in foul trouble all game, with six Blazers finishing with at least four fouls. Troy took advantage, hitting 25-of-36 free throws on the night.
Belhaven got out to an early lead behind some hot shooting from range, as the Blazers hit 4-of-5 3's to start the game. The Blazers would lead by as many as 13 points, but Troy closed out the half on a 13-4 run to narrow the deficit.
