Trojans Announce Dates of Winter Camp

TROY, Ala. - The Troy Trojans softball program has announced the dates for their 2006 winter camps. The Trojans will host two separate camps on December 16 and 17.

On Saturday, December 16, 2006 the Trojans will host their Pitcher and Catcher Clinic. Those attending the Pitcher and Catcher Clinic will be instructed in all aspects of pitching and catching from physical training to the proper ways to throw and catch the ball at their respective positions.

The Lady Trojans Hitting Clinic will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2006 with the main topics of instruction being technique, bunting and the overall mental aspect of hitting.

Both clinics will be led by members of the Troy coaching staff, including Head Coach Melanie Davis.

The cost for each clinic is 75 dollars with a 10 dollar early registration discount given when registration is completed before December 10.
