Hailey Kuhns serves as the Director of Basketball Operations for Troy Women’s Basketball, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and logistics of the program. In her role, Kuhns manages team travel, game day operations, recruiting visit coordination, equipment management, assists with budgeting and camps, and supervises student managers while serving as a key liaison between coaches, student-athletes, administration and external partners.

Since joining Troy in 2022, Kuhns has played an integral role in supporting the continued success of the program both on and off the court. She has helped enhance the student-athlete experience through onboarding, academic support, team events, and community engagement initiatives while also coordinating the program’s annual fan-favorite Basketball and Brushes fundraising event. Her passion for making a difference extends beyond basketball, contributing to successful initiatives supporting organizations such as the O’s Cool Bike Foundation, Autism Awareness, Children’s Cancer initiatives, and Play for Kay events.

Prior to Troy, Kuhns served as a Graduate Assistant at University of Louisiana at Monroe and previously worked as a student manager and Graduate Assistant for Louisiana State University Women’s Basketball, where she gained experience in operations, recruiting, travel coordination, camps, and event management.

A native of Louisiana, Kuhns earned both her Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and Master of Science in Sport Management from Louisiana State University.
