Junior (2016-17): Finished the season with a 17-21 record in singles play playing primarily out of the second spot... Went 10-11 in dual play and 7-10 in tour play... Went on a six-match winning streak in dual play... Reached the quarterfinal round in three tournaments...
Doubles: Earned the best doubles record on the team with a record of 22-8... Posted a 13-4 record in dual play and a 9-4 record in tour play... Went 7-2 out of the third position, 3-2 in the second and 3-0 in the first... Teamed with Pablo Moreno to go 4-0 in dual play and 9-4 in tour play... The duo combined to finish the season on a six-match winning streak and went 8-2 in their final 10 matches... Won 6-4 over No. 44 South Alabama with Filiip Mansson.
Sophomore (2015-16): Was 13-12 on the season... Earned three consecutive wins over ranked opponents vs No. 75 Florida Culf Coast, No. 65 UNC Wilmington and at No. 16 USF from Mar. 11-13... In a span of 11 matches from Feb. 26 through April 10, Lau won 10 and had one match unfinished
Doubles: Went 16-14 in doubles... Posted four wins over ranked opponents with victories over No. 36 Louisville, No. 66 UTSA, No. 75 Florida Gulf Coast and No. 51 Georgia State... Was at his best with partner Pablo Moreno as the duo recorded a 7-4 record.
Freshman (2014-15): Posted a spring singles record of 13-15... Named All-Sun Belt Singles Second Team... Played singles mostly at No. 3 (12-10)... Picked up singles wins in matches against ranked teams such as No. 47 South Alabama and No. 67 North Florida... Did not play in the fall.
Doubles: Logged a doubles record of 18-12... Named All-Sun Belt Doubles Second Team with Pablo Moreno... Posted a 5-6 record with Moreno, playing together mostly midway through the season.. Played doubles late in the season with Gabriel Dias at No. 2 (7-1) with the pairs lone loss coming to No. 27 Florida State in the NCAA Tournament...
