Dylan Ratliff begins his first season as an offensive analyst for the Trojans following two seasons on the staff at Charlotte, including the 2023 season as a graduate assistant working with the 49ers tight ends.
A four-year letterwinner at quarterback for Charlotte, Ratliff helped guide an offense in 2022 that ranked fifth nationally in contested catches, 12th in explosive passing plays, 19th in passing/receiving touchdowns and in the top 30 per Pro Football Focus in receiving.
He began his coaching career as the quarterbacks coach at Jay M. Robinson (N.C.) High School in 2021.
During his playing career, Ratliff was a member of the program’s leadership council and helped lead Charlotte to the program’s first-ever bowl appearance when it took on Buffalo in the 2019 Bahamas Bowl.
